A: Yes, we ship world wide from Singapore.
Q: Can I add on more items to my existing order?
A: Yes. As long as your order is:
1. Not shipped.
2. To the same mailing address.

Q:Where can I track my package?
A:You can track your package here
Just key in the tracking number that is provided to you.

Q: I did not receive my tracking number.
A:Kindly contact us with your name & order number & we will email you the details as soon as we can.

Q:How long does it take for items to be mailed? (international)
A:We ship with singpost's standard registered airmail. Average shipping takes 1-2 weeks.

Q:Can we self collect?
A:Yes, you can self collect your items at our studio.

Do note that we will not be liable for non-registered mails if they go missing & we will not be able to track the package. Post office is also not helpful with non-registered articles so there is nothing we can do to help locate missing non-registered articles.
